v1.95 - adding a lead for a family we already know: if a name you type looks like a child already in the family (Jed / Jed Tan / Jed 10 and Josh 8), the form asks "Same child?" before saving - pick the child, or say it is a different child - so the same child is not recorded twice. The exact same name is ticked for you. Either way the child's own level is filled in; check it, then press Add. If the family already has a GHL card, no second card is made: the card's Silent / Warm / Cold label changes to your choice, GHL sends nothing new, and the form tells you to message the parent yourself. The same line goes into the lead's history, which now shows each line's note. Plus v1.94 - closing a lead now asks why it failed (one tap, with a one-line hint; Others takes a few words) and whether to come back to the family: no, a reminder on a date, keep the existing reminder, or add them to the waitlist. A lead GHL closes by itself is marked Ghosted automatically; a closed lead shows why it failed and the reason can be changed. My Day gets a Re-contact list (closed leads whose reminder is due: Open and call, New lead, Not interested, Later; not part of Coverage). New Waitlist tab for everyone: families waiting for a class, in the order they were added - offer a slot, placed, confirmed today, and a Demand view of where the next class would fill. Plus v1.93 - new founder-only tab, Restore: the nightly backups, and restore cases - say what went wrong, copy the brief for Claude, read the plan it posts (family details backup vs now), approve that version, and watch the step log. Nothing changes until you approve. Plus v1.92 - new founder-only tab, Errors: every problem FM-Core records on its own - a failed call or script error on this page, a server job that failed, a database error such as a timeout - one line per problem with how many times and who hit it, and the full detail with the actual values, plus a Copy for Claude button. The form now clears every box it has, not a list someone has to remember to update. Each request carries a short code (FM-XXXXXX) that also goes into the parent’s WhatsApp message, so the photos match back to the right child with no guessing from names. Plus v1.83 — a family's leads now sit in ONE card on the board: the parent named once, the children listed under it, so a two-child family reads as one family. Still one row per child; the tab counts are unchanged. Plus v1.82 — siblings on one lead now reach GHL: children 2 and 3 ride the same submission and land in the opportunity field opp__other_child as "Kaylee (P1), Kieran (P4)". Still ONE contact and ONE card. Plus v1.81 — the submit gate on siblings is gone (YC): the form saves child 1 and the extra rows are ignored until the save is wired. Plus v1.80 — the Add-a-lead form takes siblings: "+ Add another child" gives each child their own name, level, programme and branch, with a Remove button. Plus v1.78 — a text now stops the speed clock and leaves a permanent Texted · call later line on the lead, undoable like a call. Plus v1.77: a Save button for follow-ups and no one-click archive.
